Administrative support Austin, Texas / Working remotely
07 / Workload toolVisitor-authored specification
Turn recurring admin into a weekly workload you can review.
Count the repeat work before asking someone else to take it on. This planner helps you describe remote administrative support in weekly minutes and hours. Enter your own timings, then send the specification to Opryq for a scope discussion.
There is no monetary quote here. Scope and fees in USD are discussed before work begins. The inputs are planning bounds, not a promise of capacity or a service rate.
Input / weekly recurrence
Name the work that keeps returning.
Enable a task, then enter how often it happens and how many minutes one occurrence takes. The controls accept 0 to 100 occurrences and 1 to 240 minutes. Start with only work you would actually hand over.
Calculation / your inputs
Count each task once.
A weekly total is the sum of occurrences multiplied by minutes for every selected task. Divide that minute total by 60 to express it in hours. Whole-minute inputs keep the specification readable; the hour display is rounded to two decimal places, not converted into a billable amount.
Arithmetic example only
If you enter 4 occurrences at 15 minutes each, that row contributes 60 minutes, or 1 hour, per week. These numbers illustrate multiplication. They are not suggested timings or a statement about Opryq’s availability.
A selected row with 0 occurrences contributes 0 minutes when its duration is valid. A blank duration is different: it leaves the specification incomplete. Do not use zero to hide an estimate you have not made.
If an email reply is already part of a daily checklist run, count its time in one row, not both. For a one-off backlog, describe the work separately in your notes rather than turning it into a weekly recurrence. Access setup and unentered review time still need discussion.
Read the specification before sending it.
Illustrative planning activity
No tasks selected. Enable a row to build the specification.
Timing / 01
A minute total is useful only when the task is defined.
Someone may say that inbox work takes ten minutes. That can mean opening a message, checking a prior thread, using approved wording, recording the result and stopping for a decision. The number changes when the boundary changes. Enter the time you see for the complete recurring action, then explain any unusual cases in the inquiry notes.
Do not pad the input to account for a future process that has not been agreed. Put that uncertainty in writing. A real review can split a broad item into a repeatable task and an exception route.
Illustrative task timing, not an identified visitor or a company speed benchmark.
Review / 02
Setup is part of the conversation, not a hidden promise.
Remote administrative support still needs a controlled start. The first review may cover which inbox or calendar is in scope, what access is limited, which wording is approved and where an exception waits for you. None of that appears in the weekly multiplication above. It belongs in the scope discussion.
This is why the planner does not turn hours into a quote. Opryq offers inquiry-only virtual administrative assistant support. Fees in USD are agreed before work begins and depend on the task volume, frequency, channels, rules and review needs you describe.
Illustrative workload review, not a product screenshot or client record. The total remains subject to a scope discussion.
Scope / before work
The planner is a starting record, not a suitability test.
A virtual assistant for small business can be helpful when the work repeats and the decision boundary is visible. It is a poor fit for work that requires improvising commercial commitments, regulated advice or constant emergency judgement.
Useful to bring
A recurring task with a recognisable finish.
Your current estimate of frequency and duration.
The wording, access limits or approval point already known.
A note about the one exception that causes the most delay.
Not included in the total
Initial access setup or instruction drafting.
Review time when a routine changes.
Legal, accounting, medical or financial interpretation.
Cold calling, debt collection or emergency answering.
Keep the work narrow enough to explain. “Handle everything” is not a specification. “Check the approved inbox twice each weekday, answer from the agreed reply sheet and return anything outside it” is a conversation we can actually review.
Next / scope conversation
Send this workload for a human review.
Choose the work first. Discuss the cost with us. Your live summary is attached to the inquiry automatically when scripting is active; the notes field remains available either way.
One reply route is needed. Phone and email are both optional individually.
