Accessibility and site help.
You can discuss remote administrative support by email or phone without using the planner or opening a chat. The service descriptions are available to read without completing a form. This statement explains the site’s controls and the information that helps us investigate an access problem.
No diagnosis is needed. Tell us what you were trying to do and what prevented it.
Move through the site with a keyboard
The first link on each page is “Skip to content.” It becomes visible when focused and moves you past the repeated header to the main content. Use the ordinary links in the service index to open a page; neither a hover action nor a dragging gesture is needed to choose a service.
On a narrow screen, the Menu button opens the short navigation when scripting is available. Its expanded state identifies whether the links are open. If scripting is unavailable, the navigation links remain in the page. A visible outline identifies the control that has keyboard focus.
- Tab
- Move forward to a link, button or form control. Follow the visible focus outline rather than the mouse position.
- Shift + Tab
- Move back to the previous control. You can revisit an earlier form field without restarting the inquiry.
- Enter
- Activate a focused link or button. On a disclosure heading, open or close the answer. Inside some form controls, Enter may submit the form.
- Space
- Change a focused checkbox or activate a focused button. This is useful for choosing a planner task or confirming the inquiry consent line.
- Arrow keys
- Move between options in native radio groups or selection controls. Behaviour can vary with your browser and assistive technology.
These are ordinary browser conventions, not a separate keyboard shortcut system. Screen readers may use the same keys differently in reading mode. Use the mode that lets you interact with a native form control when editing an input.
Read the information without relying on the photographs
The service name and explanation are written as text. Photographs illustrate administrative activity; they are not instructions that must be decoded from a screen pictured inside an image. Alternative text describes the subject, and captions distinguish an illustrative scene from a record of actual client work.
The annotated workflow on the service index has a separate text rail. The instructions and approval boundary remain readable without following a leader line or recognising a colour. Likewise, a planner total has a unit and an explanation instead of relying only on the size of the number.
You can increase browser zoom or use a larger system text setting. The page layout changes to narrower columns as space reduces. Wide tables have their own scrolling region, so their columns can be examined without treating the entire page as a wide canvas. If a label becomes clipped or a fixed panel obscures the control you need, report the page and the zoom setting if you know it.
For an alternative to a difficult passage, ask for the relevant service scope in a plain email. Name the passage or link; you do not need to send a screenshot to explain that the text is hard to read.
Reduce motion without losing content
The website uses restrained reveals and depth movement around selected photographs. The movement explains no service condition and does not determine whether a control is available. There is no task that requires you to catch moving content.
Turn on the reduced-motion preference in your device or browser settings to disable parallax and flatten moving layers. The text and imagery remain available. You do not need to accept advertising storage to use a system motion preference.
If movement continues despite that preference, tell us which page it happens on and whether it occurs while scrolling or after opening a control. You can leave the page and contact Opryq directly instead of repeatedly testing the effect. We do not need information about a medical condition to investigate it.
Use a direct service route instead of a lookup
The homepage task lookup is an optional shortcut. It matches ordinary task words to service pages; it is not a qualification test. You can bypass it using the numbered service directory. An unrecognised phrase does not mean the task has been rejected.
The weekly workload planner is also optional. It uses your quantities and estimated minutes, not a required intake score. Choose a task with its checkbox and enter its occurrences and duration in labelled fields. A zero starting total means no work has been entered, not that a service is free.
Without scripting, the options and explanation remain readable, but automatic calculation and share-link updates are unavailable. Write the proposed routine in a normal inquiry or email instead. You can describe frequency in words if entering numbers is difficult. Opryq can discuss scope without a saved configuration.

Correct a form without starting the conversation again
Inquiry forms ask for your name and permission to use the details to respond. A reply route is also needed: provide an email address or a phone number. Each is optional on its own. You do not have to supply both, and a postal address is optional for remote assistance.
If you enter an email address, its format is checked. If you enter a phone number, its length is checked. An empty pair of contact fields cannot be accepted because there would be no way to reply. The consent checkbox relates to responding to the message, not accepting advertising storage.
With form enhancement active, unsuccessful submissions show an error summary and field-specific messages. Use the summary to locate a field, correct it and submit again. Your entered details remain in place after a validation error. A highlighted border is accompanied by text explaining the problem.
A receipt appears only after the server confirms the inquiry was stored. A network error is not a receipt. If the result is unclear, avoid sending repeated copies of a message containing personal information; contact [email protected] and mention any ticket shown. Do not include passwords or private business records in an error report.
The forms can post directly without the enhanced interface. If that route is difficult to use, email or phone is an equally valid way to begin a discussion about virtual office assistance. An accessibility request does not commit you to an assignment.
Keep consent and chat separate from your inquiry
The cookie notice is not a wall across the service information. “Allow storage” and “Decline optional storage” are separate choices; declining optional storage does not prevent a task inquiry. The footer’s Cookie preferences control lets you return to the choice when scripting is available. The cookies page explains the controls in text.
Task support opens a separate conversation panel. Use its labelled Close button to leave it. Starting a conversation stores a functional token in your browser so the conversation can be reopened. You do not have to start a chat to reach Opryq, and the presence of a chat control does not promise an immediate response.
If a panel interferes with reading or focus, close it and use a direct contact link. Include the panel’s name when reporting the issue. There is no need to test every control or share your conversation content with the report.
This statement is not a compliance certification
Opryq does not claim a formal accessibility certification, an independent audit result or compatibility with every browser and assistive technology. The guidance here describes the intended access paths. It should not be read as a guarantee that every combination of settings works without a defect.
Browser extensions, reading modes and device settings can change how a page is presented. Third-party email and phone applications control what happens after you follow a direct contact link. If a link does not open your chosen application, copy the visible email address or phone number and use it in your preferred tool.
Report a known limitation even if there is an alternative route. A readable email copy helps you now; identifying a clipped label or a focus problem helps locate the part of the site that needs correction. There is no fixed resolution deadline or unconditional promise that a requested format can be supplied exactly as specified.
Report the barrier, not personal health information
Send accessibility feedback to [email protected] or call +1 (762) 555-0721. “Accessibility feedback” is a useful email subject. Tell us the page address and the action that failed. If comfortable, add the browser or assistive technology involved; those details are helpful, not a condition of receiving the report.
A useful report can stay short
- Name the control or passage you could not use.
- Explain what you expected and what happened instead.
- Include a zoom level or device setting only if it seems relevant.
- Say how you would prefer us to reply or provide the information.
You do not need to send identity documents, a diagnosis or a recording of your screen. If you choose to describe the problem with an image, remove private details first and ask about an appropriate way to send it. There is no upload field on the public inquiry form.
Feedback containing contact details is handled under the privacy notice. For access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, use the separate data request form. That keeps the privacy request distinct from a website usability report.
Help with remote administrative support information
Ask for the part you need in ordinary text. If you are looking for a virtual assistant for small business, a short description of the recurring work is enough to begin; the planner is not required.
